Вместе с квартирой ее владелицам, маме с маленькой дочкой, достался бонус – изначально было известно, что потолки высокие, 3,9 метра, а оказалось – 4,3 метра. Сразу стало понятно, что нужно разрабатывать второй уровень. ToTaste Studio специализируется на решении именно таких задач: как правильно использовать нестандартное помещение, чтобы найти в нем дополнительные метры полезной площади и при этом сохранить красоту высоты. И легко с ними справляется!
В местах, где не требуется такая высота (санузлы, кладовые, прихожая) мы надстроили вторые уровни/ Над прихожей и гостевым санузлом появился кинозал с проходом в него из кухни через небольшую винотеку. Спальные блоки разделили по вертикали, чтобы у каждой из барышень получился свой блок с небольшой гардеробной, а в гостиной и кухне осталась полная высота».
This is a double level and very bright apartment for a mother and a daughter. They love to live, to travel and to learn new languages, that’s why here appears their own “Golden Gate Bridge” in the middle of the living room. This bridge connects all the main rooms in the apartment.
In the beginning the main idea was to redevelop a non useful volume of apartment with great ceiling hight 4.3 meter. We understood immediately that it has to be constructed a second level. Our team specializes in solving just such problems: how to properly use a non-standard space in order to make additional square meters of ergonomic space and at the same time preserve the beauty of the whole height. And we are easy to deal with!
In places where whole height is not necessary (bathrooms, pantries, entrance hall), we built the second levels under it. A cinema room appeared above the entrance hall and guest bathroom with a way to it from the kitchen through a small wine corner on the balcony. The bedrooms placed one under the other and each of the young ladies would have their own block with a small dressing room. And at the same time the living room and kitchen have the full height and a great volume.
